It is not always the big projects that take up time. Often it is the things in between: tasks, plans and projects that need to be researched, organised, coordinated, decided and followed through consistently.
These are exactly the topics I take on. As a one-off or for a project. I get the full picture, find the right solutions, coordinate everyone involved and keep an eye on processes, costs and results.

How we work together depends on what the project needs. Whether remote, hybrid or on site: I am where the task needs me – for individual appointments, specific project phases or for a longer period.

I come from a working world in which decisions have to be made quickly, responsibility has to be taken and things have to be delivered reliably.
Many years in executive support, up to the role of assistant to a management board, have shaped my sense of priorities, discretion and forward-looking organisation.
As an entrepreneur, I spent many years not only building and running my own company, but also leading staff and taking responsibility for complex planning and events. Organisation, marketing and coordinating a wide range of parties were as much part of daily business as an entrepreneurial eye on time, costs and quality.
This experience shapes my work to this day – wherever a project takes place. I feel at home in an international environment and quickly find my way into new structures and subjects. Project-based assignments – including longer periods on site – are a natural part of my work.
In everything that has to be organised, decided and carried out, I never lose sight of one thing: the person behind it. For me, good collaboration means seeing not only the topic, but also the person who entrusts it to me. Because a good solution not only has to work – it also has to suit you.
